OUR PAYEMENT POLICY

1. PURPOSE

This payment policy defines the financial terms and conditions applicable to the purchase and installation of a container pool supplied by SEA pooltainer sales inc

2. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for the container pool is made in several stages, as follows:

• Initial deposit: A deposit of 40% of the total amount is required upon signing the contract to validate the order.

• Second payment: A payment of 30% is due before delivery of the product.

• Final balance: The balance of 30% must be paid at the end of the installation and before the pool is put into service.

All payments must be made by bank transfer, Paypal, or credit card according to the options agreed in the contract.

3. CONDITIONS OF LATE PAYMENT

In the event of late payment, late payment penalties equivalent to 2% per day of delay will be applied to the amount remaining due. After 10 days, the company reserves the right to suspend delivery and/or installation until full payment is received.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

• In the event of cancellation by the customer before manufacturing, the deposit will be refunded up to 80%, unless manufacturing has already started.

• If cancellation occurs after manufacturing has started, no refund of the deposit will be made.

• No refund will be given after delivery of the pool.

5. WARRENTIES AND CLAIMS

The pool will only be put into service after full payment. Any claim relating to the product must be made within 14 days after installation.

6. ACCEPTANCE

Payment of the deposit constitutes full acceptance of these payment conditions.

HOW TO ORDER – CONTAINER POOL

At SEA pooltainer sales inc, we strive to make the ordering process seamless and transparent. Follow these steps to order your custom container pool:

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

• Contact us via +17023357562 or Seapooltainersalesinc@gmail.com to discuss your project.

• Choose your pool size, features, and customization options (e.g., heating system, lighting, filtration).

• Receive a detailed quote based on your selections.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CONTRACT SIGNING

• Once you approve the quote, we will send a formal Sales Agreement outlining the project details, timeline, and payment terms.

• Sign and return the contract along with the initial 40% deposit  to confirm your order.

3. MANUFACTURING & PROGRESS UPDATES

• Manufacturing begins after the deposit is received. Standard production time is 3 to 4 weeks.

• We provide regular updates, including photos and progress reports.

4. SECOND PAYMENT & DELIVERY SCHEDULING

• 30% of the total price  is due 5 days before delivery.

• We coordinate the delivery date and installation logistics based on your location.

5. DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

• Our team delivers the pool to your site and completes the installation process (typically 24 _ 48 hours).

• After installation, a technician will guide you through operation, maintenance, and safety instructions.

6. FINAL PAYMENT & ACTIVATION

• The remaining 30% balance must be paid upon completion of installation.

• Once the final payment is received, your pool is officially activated and ready for use!

7. AFTER-SALES SUPPORT

• Our team remains available for any questions or technical support after installation.

• You receive a warranty certificate and user manual for maintenance guidelines.

Once you have made the payment required to reserve your pool container or to customize your order, we invite you to send us a confirmation or screenshot of the payment. 

Our standard inclusions are pre plumbed and ready for use, which includes:

skimmer box, pump, heating system and cartridge filter. Additional items will vary the pricing.

A 20% deposit is required to lock in the pricing. To allocate your pool into our production schedule, an additional 20% deposit is required (a total of 40%). 

You will need to organise an electrician to connect power to the pool. Beyond this, additional costs may include site specific requirements such as crane hire, engineering, transport, council application or finishings.

Our lead time is typically 3-4 weeks, however, the current demand is very high and that tends to push out the completion dates. All orders are on a first-in basis and we allocate a manufacturing slot when we receive your production deposit .

We offer depths from 5 to 7.5 feet depending on customer needs

We recommend that you place your pool on an engineered concrete slab or steel frame. Your builder will be able to organise, engineer and certify the best option for your site. The options are endless. For a mild slope, you could excavate and retain a section to create a level area suitable for a concrete slab. For a significant slope or elevated position, or to meet an existing deck height, perhaps a steel support frame is the ideal option. Whatever your situation, your builder can help you find the best solution for your needs.

We recommend your pool remain above ground as it is designed to be. However, if you have a mildly sloping location in mind it's possible to excavate down to level and place your pool on a concrete slab. A retaining wall will be necessary to keep damp soil 20-30cm away from the pool exterior. 

We are able to accomodate custom designs at an additional cost, please make a request though our contact form. 

Yes you can clad the outside of the container yourself, as we do not offer this. 

We offer the options of either one or two remote-controlled  LED pool lights. One light is sufficient for a 20 ft pool, and two lights work best in a 40 ft pool. You can also add in LED strip lighting that sits beneath the pool coping for an extra illuminated pool.

Adding a pool cleaner will reduce the time spent cleaning and maintaining your pool. We recommend a fully robotic pool cleaner over a vacuum-powered cleaner, because current Americaine Standards limit the amount of suction available. The robotic pool cleaner we supply as an option is fully programmable and offers a superior level of cleaning, scrubbing, and vacuuming all the way to the water line.

As the manufacturer, we work with owners, builders and project managers to ensure the success of your project. Many of our clients manage the project themselves, and others prefer to outsource the  site prep and details to a qualified builder in your local area. 

Each Shipping Container Pool is supplied fully plumbed and no exterior plumbing is necessary. If you selected the optional sand filter, your local council may require you to plumb the waste flow to stormwater or sewer but this is not a universal requirement. You may also opt to divert the skimmer box overflow piping and heat pump condensate piping to stormwater but this is entirely up to you!

Your Sea Pool is under warranty for the first year after purchase. It covers all manufacturer defects and issues. Your pool equipment is under warranty from the pool equipment manufacturer. The pool equipment manufacturer has representatives in your local area to service and maintain your equipment if needed. If you ever have an issue, we will be the first ones to help troubleshoot the problem, connect you with an equipment manufacturer or be on site to repair any manufacturer defects. Our technicians can resolve all issues by phone or on site. 

Absolutely! In fact, you don't have to "winterize" our pools. Every pool comes standard with an 13KW Electric Heater and we offer ungraded heater options in gas, propane, and electric.
