Most of our container pools are built from standard 20-foot shipping containers, approximately 8 feet wide, with larger 40-foot options also available. Each container is professionally modified, reinforced, waterproofed, and equipped with the essential components for a complete, high-performance pool system—including filtration, sand pump, plumbing, piping, skimmer, and heat pump.

OUR PAYEMENT POLICY

1. PURPOSE

This Payment Policy outlines the financial terms and conditions applicable to the purchase and installation of a container pool supplied by YARDS PoolTainer Sales Inc.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for your container pool is made in the following stages:

• Initial Deposit — 30%: A 30% deposit of the total purchase price is required upon signing the contract to confirm and secure your order.

• Second Payment — 40%: A second payment of 40% is due prior to delivery of the pool.

• Final Balance — 30%: The remaining 30% balance is due upon completion of the installation and before the pool is placed into service.

Payments may be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or Venmo, subject to the payment methods specified and agreed upon in the purchase agreement.

3. LATE PAYMENTS

If a payment is not received by its due date, late payment charges may apply in accordance with the terms of the purchase agreement and applicable law.

If payment remains outstanding for more than 10 days, YARDS PoolTainer Sales Inc. reserves the right to suspend delivery, installation, or other services until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

If the customer cancels the order before manufacturing begins, up to 80% of the initial deposit may be refundable, subject to the terms of the purchase agreement and any applicable costs already incurred.

If manufacturing has already begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable, unless otherwise provided in the purchase agreement or required by applicable law.

Once the pool has been delivered, payments are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided under the applicable warranty or purchase agreement.

5. WARRANTIES & CLAIMS

The pool will not be placed into service until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Any concerns or claims relating to the pool, installation, or workmanship should be reported to YARDS PoolTainer Sales Inc. as soon as possible following installation and within any applicable warranty or claim period specified in the purchase agreement.

Warranty coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions set forth in the applicable warranty documentation.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF PAYMENT TERMS

Payment of the initial deposit constitutes the customer's acceptance of these Payment Terms, together with the terms and conditions contained in the applicable purchase agreement.

By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to the applicable payment, cancellation, delivery, installation, and warranty terms.

HOW TO ORDER – CONTAINER POOL

At YARDS PoolTainer Sales Inc., we make ordering your container pool simple, transparent, and straightforward. From your initial consultation to final installation, our team guides you through every step of the process.

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

Start by contacting our team at +1 618-517-3907 or seayardspooltainer@aol.com to discuss your project.

Together, we’ll review your property, pool size, preferred features, and customization options, including heating, lighting, filtration, and other available upgrades.

Once your selections are finalized, we’ll provide you with a detailed, personalized quote.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CONTRACT SIGNING

Once you approve your quote, we’ll provide a formal Sales Agreement outlining your pool specifications, project details, estimated timeline, payment schedule, and applicable terms.

To confirm your order, simply sign and return the agreement along with the required 40% initial deposit.

3. MANUFACTURING & PROGRESS UPDATES

Once your deposit has been received and your order is confirmed, manufacturing begins.

Our standard production time is approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on your pool configuration and customization options.

Throughout the manufacturing process, we’ll keep you informed with progress updates, including photos when available, so you can follow the development of your pool.

4. SECOND PAYMENT & DELIVERY SCHEDULING

A 30% payment is due five days prior to delivery.

Once your pool is ready, our team will coordinate the delivery schedule and installation logistics based on your location and site requirements.

5. DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Your PoolTainer is delivered directly to your property and positioned using the appropriate equipment for your site.

Our installation team will complete the required installation and connections, typically within 24–48 hours, depending on site conditions and installation requirements.

Once installation is complete, a member of our team will walk you through the basic operation, maintenance, and safety guidelines for your new pool.

6. FINAL PAYMENT & ACTIVATION

The remaining 30% balance is due upon completion of the installation.

Once the final payment has been received and all required installation steps have been completed, your PoolTainer will be ready for use.

7. AFTER-SALES SUPPORT

Our relationship doesn’t end when your pool is installed.

Our team remains available to assist with questions, technical support, and general guidance after installation. You’ll also receive your warranty documentation and owner's manual, including important maintenance and operating guidelines.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once you have made any payment required to reserve your PoolTainer or confirm your customized order, please send us a payment confirmation or screenshot of the transaction.

This allows our team to verify your payment promptly and keep your order moving forward without unnecessary delays.

Our standard inclusions are pre plumbed and ready for use, which includes:

skimmer box, pump, heating system and cartridge filter. Additional items will vary the pricing.

A 20% deposit is required to lock in the pricing. To allocate your pool into our production schedule, an additional 20% deposit is required (a total of 30%). 

You will need to organise an electrician to connect power to the pool. Beyond this, additional costs may include site specific requirements such as crane hire, engineering, transport, council application or finishings.

Our lead time is typically 3-4 weeks, however, the current demand is very high and that tends to push out the completion dates. All orders are on a first-in basis and we allocate a manufacturing slot when we receive your production deposit .

We offer depths from 5 to 7.5 feet depending on customer needs

We recommend that you place your pool on an engineered concrete slab or steel frame. Your builder will be able to organise, engineer and certify the best option for your site. The options are endless. For a mild slope, you could excavate and retain a section to create a level area suitable for a concrete slab. For a significant slope or elevated position, or to meet an existing deck height, perhaps a steel support frame is the ideal option. Whatever your situation, your builder can help you find the best solution for your needs.

We recommend your pool remain above ground as it is designed to be. However, if you have a mildly sloping location in mind it's possible to excavate down to level and place your pool on a concrete slab. A retaining wall will be necessary to keep damp soil 20-30cm away from the pool exterior. 

We are able to accomodate custom designs at an additional cost, please make a request though our contact form. 

Yes you can clad the outside of the container yourself, as we do not offer this. 

We offer the options of either one or two remote-controlled  LED pool lights. One light is sufficient for a 20 ft pool, and two lights work best in a 40 ft pool. You can also add in LED strip lighting that sits beneath the pool coping for an extra illuminated pool.

Premium option : IntelliBrite Lights 5G  ( multi-color fontion )

Adding a pool cleaner will reduce the time spent cleaning and maintaining your pool. We recommend a fully robotic pool cleaner over a vacuum-powered cleaner, because current Americaine Standards limit the amount of suction available. The robotic pool cleaner we supply as an option is fully programmable and offers a superior level of cleaning, scrubbing, and vacuuming all the way to the water line.

As the manufacturer, we work with owners, builders and project managers to ensure the success of your project. Many of our clients manage the project themselves, and others prefer to outsource the  site prep and details to a qualified builder in your local area. 

Each Shipping Container Pool is supplied fully plumbed and no exterior plumbing is necessary. If you selected the optional sand filter, your local council may require you to plumb the waste flow to stormwater or sewer but this is not a universal requirement. You may also opt to divert the skimmer box overflow piping and heat pump condensate piping to stormwater but this is entirely up to you!

Your YARDS Pool is under warranty for the first year after purchase. It covers all manufacturer defects and issues. Your pool equipment is under warranty from the pool equipment manufacturer. The pool equipment manufacturer has representatives in your local area to service and maintain your equipment if needed. If you ever have an issue, we will be the first ones to help troubleshoot the problem, connect you with an equipment manufacturer or be on site to repair any manufacturer defects. Our technicians can resolve all issues by phone or on site. 

Absolutely! In fact, you don't have to "winterize" our pools. Every pool comes standard with an 13KW Electric Heater and we offer ungraded heater options in gas, propane, and electric.
